Wilkinson Road is less a neighbourhood than a spine - stretching from Congo Cross up to Aberdeen with everything in between. Strong for commercial property and mixed-use residential above shops. Commute-friendly for almost anywhere in Freetown.

The Wilkinson Road corridor carries the bulk of Freetown’s west-side traffic. Along it you’ll find supermarkets, banks, the newer commercial developments, and a surprising amount of affordable residential above or behind shopfronts.
Many of our commercial listings - office suites, retail storefronts, and warehouse units - sit on or within 200m of Wilkinson Road. Residential options tend to be 1-2 bed apartments, pitched at working professionals rather than families.
The downside is noise. The road itself is busy from 6am to 10pm. Properties set back or on side streets are much quieter - ask specifically about distance-to-road before viewing.
